Sadly the staff walked into my room when I had paid for late check out. They knocked on the door and I spoke to say hello and they just walked in which I found unacceptable. They said I should be out of the room but that was incorrect. There was no apology. I felt treated like I was a criminal. Very poor and I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times.

Loved everything about Zoku …fun and efficient rooms…friendly staff…great breakfast with variety.
Provided extra items for a better sleep without any issues.
The only thing was that it’s a little outside the city but,of course, there was easy access to public transportation!

Tyvärr har hotels.com fel nummer inlagt i informationen så vi parkerade och knackade på hos privatpersoner. I övrigt är huset under reparation så det ser väldigt rörigt ut runtom huset. Inte så trevligt! Väl inne så är rummen mycket fina med alla bekvämligheter. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört och mycket tung ...
